The Saltmen banished any hangover from their surprise County Cup exit last week-end with an impressive win at struggling Bustleholme, to set them up nicely for next week-ends big FA Vase 1st Round tie.
The hosts took an early lead from the penalty spot, but within 10 minutes Spa were back on level terms as Alex Dugmore was fouled in the area and Connor Collins succesfully coverted the penalty.
Droitwich got their noses in front as Collins got his second of the game and 9th of the season, whilst strike-partner James Lemon added a 3rd Droitwich goal before the break to put the Saltmen in control of proceedings.
Droitwich continued the offensive in the second half, and former Villa man Jordan Cox got his first goal for the club on 52 minutes to put the game beyond doubt.
Ben Tilbury then got his name on the score-sheet and substitute Bradley Burgess and James Lemon rounded off the scoring in the final stages to give Spa another convincing win at the York Road Stadium.
