The Saltmen registered their 2nd successive victory in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1, this time at Kingys against a strong Redditch Borough side protecting a League winning streak stretching back to October 2023.
The first half was an even and cagey affair as the two sides cancelled each other out, however there were still chances at both ends.
Cory Rudd may feel he should have done better from a direct free kick in the 4th minute which sailed over, and on 9 minutes the visitors had their first opportunity as Sam Carey's hazardous pass across the back went straight to Dean Fisher, who should have hit the target with only Rogerson to beat.
Borough were on top and Rogerson had to be alert to deny former Worcester City man Brain before another former Blue, Ben Birch, headed wide from a corner.
Droitwich hit on the counter attack straight after but a fantastic last ditch tackle by Tivon Henry stopped Lemon form a clear goalscoring opportunity.
Dugmore then squandered three good chances in the air and Rudd hit the crossbar from the edge of the box as the two sides traded blows in an even first half.
Some stern words were likely exchanged in the home dressing room at half time, and subsequently Droitwich controlled the second half.
Charlie Tilley had the first opportunity but Murtagh saved, then in 50 minutes Dugmore's flicked header almost caught the visiting 'keeper out but he was alert and pushed the effort onto the crossbar and out.
Murtagh again had to be alert to save from Tilley, but the deadlock was broken on 54 minutes when the Borough keeper did so well to keep his net intact, saving from Lemon and Tilley, Rudd's effort was cleared but Dugmore was on hand to stab home a third rebound.
Borough seldom threatened in the second period and some smart substitutions from Andy Crowther eventually put the game to bed.
First Nathan Binner hit a free kick narrowly off target before Josh Hurdman set up Tilley, who's effort was cleared off the line.
Moments later Hurdman burst through the defence to beat Murtagh at his near post with a powerful low drive on 81 minutes.
Redditch's best chance of the second half fell to Brain, who capitalised on Phillips's miscue, but Rogerson made another smart stop to earn a clean sheet.
Perry Moss rounded off the scoring with a free kick that curled around the wall and under Murtagh to give the Saltmen a big, and in the end, well deserved three points to take into Saturday's home game with Kidlington Res (ko 3pm).
