The Saltmen put in arguably their best performance of the season on Saturday to continue a run of 5 games without defeat and lift themselves up to 3rd in the table.
The game got off to a fantastic start for Andy Crowther's men, as a sublime chip from Connor Collins with 3 minutes on the clock gave Spa the lead, however before then Town spurned a fine opportunity after good work down the right flank culminated in Dan Jones firing off target when well positioned.
It was an entertaining first half and Spa could count themselves unlucky to not have extended their advantage sooner as an enspired Ethan Hawkes in the Robins' goal first denied Perry Moss and then Connor Collins.
The hosts could have drawn level themselves had Cameron, Danks and Crook had their shooting boots on, but it was Droitwich who got the next goal as Connor Collins was on hand to head home from close range after 19 minutes.
It didn't take long for Town to pull one back, as Brighton felled Harry Crook in the box, and the same player cracked an unstoppable penalty in to Rogerson's top corner.
There were further chances at both ends before the break but Rogerson and his opposite number Hawkes were the saviours of their respective sides to ensure the half finished 1-2.
Dudley came flying out of the blocks in the 2nd half and Cameron broke the offside trap early on, but with just Rogerson to beat he struck his effort against the base of the post.
In a carbon copy situation, on 52-minutes,the pacy striker didn't make the same mistake twice as he fired his effort in to the bottom corner to pull Town level.
The turning point of the game came with Cameron the centre of attention again, when his late challenge on Dugmore was punished with a 2nd yellow card and the hosts were reduced to 10-men.
The Saltmen, having dropped points with a numerical advantage twice in the last two weeks, controlled the last quarter of the game after some inspirational substitutions from Andy Crowther.
Sam Hurdman restored Droitwich's lead with 12 minutes remaining as his low drive from the edge of the area found its way through a crowd of bodies in to the bottom corner.
Then another two substitutes combined for Spa's fourth when trickery from Josh Hurdman allowed James Lemon the simple task of tapping in to an empty net from 2 yards out to give the Saltmen a massive, and unexpected three points.
It was Dudley Town's 2nd home defeat of the season in the League, and Droitwich will be looking to follow that up with another win on Tuesday night (ko 7.45pm) at Heath Hayes, who are the only side in the League without a home win.
