The Saltmen were too strong for Worcester City's Reserves, who sit mid-table in the Midland Football League Reserve Division.
Spa dominated the game and played some excellent football on the 3G surface at Claines Lane to progress to the Worcestershire Saturday Cup Semi Final.
Alex Dugmore gave Droitwich the lead on 13 minutes with a towering header from Molloy's corner, and Connor Collins scored his first of his afternoon's hat-trick, after Cory Rudd had profited from a defensive mix-up to find Spa's front-man free in the area.
City for their part created few chances throughout the encounter, despite Droitwich looking a bit out of practice due to lack of game time at stages, and the first half finished at a comfortable 0-2 for Andy Crowther's men.
Droitwich started the second period with a bang as James Lemon scored the goal of the game when he cut in from the City left hand side and fired in an unstoppable drive off the underside of the cross-bar from a tight angle to all but end the tie as a contest.
The Saltmen then made several changes, including a change to the formation, and although City had some joy at times, their shooting was wayward as Spa's 'keeper Ryan Williams was made to make just a handful of routine saves.
The scoreline could have been by a greater margin, but Spa made it 0-5 over the last half an hour of the tie, thanks to another two defensive mix-ups; Connor Collins bagged his second of the afternoon, and then with ten minutes from time good work from Haydn Morris down the right, whose unselfish low cross to a completely free Collins gave the striker a hat-trick and ensure Droitwich's safe passage in to the Semi Finals.
Other teams to qualify for the Semi Final are: Fairfield Villa, Welland and Bredon and the draw will be made in the coming weeks.
