As we get into the final stretch of the season, we don’t know how things will turn out come the end of April.

As a board we have to say that the performance of the team this season has surpassed many expectations, but this group never fails to progress and look comfortable whatever the level.

The squad has been tweaked, but the core have been with us for years and all the way through the levels. The number of players with over 200 appearances is incredible.

It is great testimony to Andy Crowther, his coaching team and the players that we find ourselves near the top of the league, chasing promotion and play off places.

Off the pitch we have enhanced the ground, and that work won’t stand still.

Whatever happens at the end of the season we will stick to our mantra of ‘continuous improvement’.

We have considered the implications of further promotion, and what would be required at the next level whenever that comes.

Work needs to be done, but it’s work that has got us this far.

As always whatever we achieve, has to be sustainable, but as on the pitch, off the pitch we will seek help and input to make sure we improve along the way.

Our support home and away is fantastic, and are a credit to the club and the Town.

Our sponsors are brilliant, and many have been with us all the way from before and on our return to the Town. Thank you.

As for our volunteers, you are all fantastic and we appreciate what you do, and couldn’t do it without you.

So, let’s all enjoy the final weeks, see where it takes us, and get right behind Andy and the boys.
