Droitwich Spa FC have an opportunity to get back to winning ways after successive away defeats this Tuesday evening (ko 7.45pm), at Kingy's, against Cribbs FC.

After a 3-0 loss at leaders Corsham, Spa slipped to a late 1-0 defeat at Wootton Bassett at the weekend, having dominated large parts of the game and creating many chances.

The Saltmen have lots of positives to take from that result, and will go into Tuesday's game as favourites.

Cribbs, who finished in the relegation zone in 2025-26, had a reprieve from the Hellenic League, but they have had a difficult start to this campaign too.
The Blues registered their first win of the season on Saturday at local rivals Hallen (1-3) that lifted them up to 17th in the Division.
It was also their 3rd game unbeaten away from home, after an impressive draw at new landlords Roman Glass, and another 1-1 result at Longlevens in recent weeks.

Top scorer Buster Reed has continued his good form from last season, and has currently score 5 goals in 7 appearances, with Michael Barry (3) and Jo Davis (4) also chipping in with important goals.

Last season, Spa won this fixture 4-0, and the Saltmen have also experienced positive results at Kingy's over the Bank Holiday weekend; a 0-0 draw with 10-men against Highworth Town (who 2 days later went on to beat Westfields 0-6!) was followed by a 7-2 victory over Stourport, being the Saltmen's only League win to date.

Droitwich have accrued 4 points from the opening 6 fixtures, but now have back-to-back home games this week where they will be looking for a maximum return of points to take them back up the table.

Spa will be without the injured Rohan Levy, and Bailey Bow, who took a knock on Saturday, will have to be assessed for fitness ahead of the game, meanwhile Manager Quentin Townsend returns from his touchline ban.
