The Saltmen face their final test of pre-season at Herefordshire Premier League side Worcester United on Friday night (ko 7.45pm).

United play their home games at Malvern Town's HDAnywhere Stadium, and finished last season third from bottom having amassed 26 points.

Ashley Banner's side will be looking to improve on that performance in 2026-27 and they begin with an away trip to Littleton on 7th August.

Droitwich have just 8 days to wait until their opening game of the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division season, and a tricky trip to last seasons' Play-off Semi Finalists Roman Glass St George awaits. The Almondsbury side also finished 2025-26 in 2nd.

Spa manager Quentin Townsend has had 6 weeks to assess his squad, in which time Spa have won one of their five Friendlies so far, with 3 of these games against higher ranked opposition.

With almost all of the squad available for tomorrow night's game, Droitwich will be looking to end the preparations on a high against Step 7 opponents.
