Having played for the club for a decade before becoming assistant to Mark Owen, Crowth took over the reigns in 2020, but due to the covid pandemic had to wait until 2021-22 season for his debut; a 0-0 draw at Wilenhall Town.

Andy has guided Spa to two Play-off Finals, and two promotions as Champions in his 4 years at the helm!

Moreover, he's set club records for progress in the FA Vase, Worcestershire Senior Cup and FA Cup.
